Our Re-Entry Program walks with individuals who are leaving jail or another controlled environment, helping them design and follow a plan for a fresh start.
What we Do
- Help participants create a personalized exit strategy.
- Connect them to housing, sober living, and employment resources.
- Provide mentoring, classes, and ongoing support at no cost.
Who It’s For
This program is for adults preparing to leave jail or recently released who are serious about rebuilding their lives and willing to commit to a plan.
