Community Outreach helps families stay together and move toward stability by providing practical support—often including furniture and household essentials—when they’re starting over or at risk of losing their children.
What we Do
- Provide furniture, household items, and basic necessities.
- Partner with local agencies to support family reunification and case closure.
- Offer ongoing relational support and check-ins with families.
Who It’s For
This program is for families in crisis—especially those working with social services—who need practical support to remain together or to reunify after a difficult season.
